In the event ESS Security Service (ESS) considers me for employment, I authorize ESS to contact my current and all former employers with information about my employment record, including a statement of the reason for the termination of my employment, work performance, abilities and other qualities pertinent to my qualifications for employment; hereby releasing them and ESS from any and all liability and responsibility arising from any information provided.

I understand that any offer of employment with ESS is contingent upon my passing any required physical examinations. I acknowledge that it is the policy of ESS Security Service that all applicants submit a sample of urine for chemical or other analysis.

In consideration of my employment, I agree to comply with the policies, rules, regulations and procedures of ESS. I understand that I do not have a contract of employment with ESS; that my employment with be at-will and is not for a definite duration and that my employment can be terminated with or without cause or notice, at any time, at the option of either the Company or myself. I certify that the information contained in this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that any misrepresentation or omission of fact in this application will be cause for refusal of employment or, if employed, termination from ESS.
